Applicants must be actively working in a startup or established company. Full-time students are not eligible.

The Constellation Lab is a powerful, year-long leadership accelerator designed to nurture and equip emerging leaders who believe business can—and should—be a force for good.
Over the course of the year, a cohort of 20 changemakers will grow alongside experienced mentors, engage in monthly deep-dive sessions, and lead hands-on Impact Projects that connect profit, purpose, and community impact.
Anyone who identifies as an emerging leader and is at least 20 years old when the cohort launches on May 27th is eligible to apply. While we expect most participants to be in their 20s or 30s, what matters most is your commitment to becoming the kind of leader the future demands.
Whether you’re a startup founder, a team lead stepping into your first management role, or a young professional driving change inside a growing company—if you’re ready to build a better world through business, the Constellation Lab is for you.

- In-person kickoff: May 27-29, 2026 in Omaha, NE
- You are responsible for travel and lodging unless covered by a sponsor. All other costs are covered.
