ABOUT HELEN FAGAN

Dr. Helen Fagan is a leadership scholar, executive coach, and founder of Helen Fagan & Associates, where she helps leaders move beyond checklists to unlock their full potential. Her work blends Emotional Intelligence, Intercultural Mindset, Psychological Capital, and Neuroscience of Transformation to create meaningful, lasting impact on people, culture, and legacy.
As Graduate Faculty in Leadership at Doane University, Helen designs learning experiences that challenge conventional thinking and inspire leaders to act with depth, discernment, and heart. Her book, Lead Like People Matter, is a memoir-meets-manifesto for those ready to lead with purpose.
Helen holds a PhD in Human Sciences (Leadership), is a trained executive coach and Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), and has been recognized with the Inspire Leadership Excellence in Education Award (2020) and UNL’s Fulfilling the Dream Award (2021).
