Dr. Christopher Grivas is an expert in organizational transformation with over two decades of experience helping leaders build purpose-driven, high-impact teams. A trusted advisor to Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and global institutions, he specializes in aligning employee experience, leadership development, and strategic change with values-based goals, such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals and Benefit Corporation principles.
As the co-author of The Innovative Team: Unleashing Creative Potential for Breakthrough Results, Chris translates cognitive science into actionable frameworks that drive innovation and improve team dynamics.
