About Chris
Dr. Christopher Grivas is an expert in organizational transformation with over two decades of experience helping leaders build purpose-driven, high-impact teams. A trusted advisor to Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and global institutions, he specializes in aligning employee experience, leadership development, and strategic change with values-based goals, such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals and Benefit Corporation principles.
As the co-author of The Innovative Team: Unleashing Creative Potential for Breakthrough Results, Chris translates cognitive science into actionable frameworks that drive innovation and improve team dynamics. He’s led strategic planning, employee experience, and culture change initiatives for organizations including Boeing, Ernst & Young, Hasbro, and Providence Health.
Chris has served as an adjunct professor at NYU’s Stern School of Business and lectured at institutions including USC, the University of Washington, and Northwestern University. He holds a doctorate in Organizational Leadership and Change from the University of Southern California and brings a passion for creativity, systems thinking, and lasting impact to every engagement.
