Our mission is to educate, empower, and amplify individuals and organizations doing more good. We know the journey isn’t one-size-fits-all, and even the most committed leaders need support. That’s where we come in.
We are looking for volunteers to help us fill three positions:
- Membership Content Curator
- Event Coordinator
- Constellation Lab Coordinator
Time Commitment
The membership Content Curator and the Event Coordinator require about two days a month, are virtual, and completely flexible to your schedule. The minimum requested commitment is six months. The Constellation Lab Coordinator requires about one day a week, is virtual, and requires coordinating with other team members and attending occasional team meetings.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Membership Content Curator curates insights, research, articles, tips, and tools shared by authors, thought leaders, or executives. The Content Curator will help find these thought leaders, practitioners, and storytellers, collect their content, and post it in our membership community. Learn more about our educational offerings at this link.
The Event Coordinator is responsible for helping us amplify the inspiration, knowledge, wisdom, courses, businesses, and books of purpose-driven people who seek to make an impact beyond shareholder returns. The Event Coordinator will help us find these thought leaders, practitioners, and authors and organize or promote two or three events each month. Learn more about how we amplify leaders at this link.
The Constellation Lab Coordinator

What We’re Looking For in the Constellation Lab Coordinator:
- Passion for purpose‑driven leadership and building business for good.
- Experience or interest in mentoring/coaching, project management, or program coordination.
- Ability to communicate clearly and keep multiple moving parts in view.
