Helen Abdali Soosan Fagan, Ph.D.

As a leadership scholar, executive coach, and global strategist, Dr. Fagan equips leaders with the ability to unlock human potential while advancing meaningful results.
As the founder of Helen Fagan & Associates, she helps high-impact leaders move beyond checklists and competencies into true self-mastery. Her research and leadership development philosophy combines Emotional Intelligence, Intercultural Mindset, Psychological Capital, and the Neuroscience of Transformation to create lasting change in people, culture, and legacy.
Currently serving as Graduate Faculty in Leadership at Doane University, Dr. Fagan designs learning that challenges conventional leadership development models and raises the bar on what it means to lead with depth, discernment, and discipline.
Her upcoming book, Lead Like People Matter, is a memoir-meets-manifesto for those who refuse to lead on autopilot and are ready to do the hard. She has a PhD in Human Sciences (Leadership) with decades of experience designing executive-level programs, is a trained executive coach, and a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). Dr. Fagan has been honored with the 2020 Inspire Leadership Excellence in Education Award and the 2021 University of Nebraska-Lincoln Fulfilling the Dream Award.

Dr. Christopher Grivas is an expert in organizational transformation with over two decades of experience helping leaders build purpose-driven, high-impact teams. A trusted advisor to Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and global institutions, he specializes in aligning employee experience, leadership development, and strategic change with values-based goals, such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals and Benefit Corporation principles.
As the co-author of The Innovative Team: Unleashing Creative Potential for Breakthrough Results, Chris translates cognitive science into actionable frameworks that drive innovation and improve team dynamics. He’s led strategic planning, employee experience, and culture change initiatives for organizations including Boeing, Ernst & Young, Hasbro, and Providence Health.
Chris has served as an adjunct professor at NYU’s Stern School of Business and lectured at institutions including USC, the University of Washington, and Northwestern University. He holds a doctorate in Organizational Leadership and Change from the University of Southern California and brings a passion for creativity, systems thinking, and lasting impact to every engagement.

Jonathan D. (JD) Messinger

Jonathan D. (JD) Messinger is a corporate visionary, inspirational speaker, and spiritual mentor. He began life as a fireman and went on to become CEO of Ernst & Young Consulting, South East Asia, and one of 37 Distinguished Graduates from the United States Naval Academy in the class of 1981. He is a former nuclear submarine officer and the crisis response leader who helped supervise the Valdez oil spill cleanup, SARs, hurricane Harvey, and 9/11 response teams.

Jennifer PeeksMease has served hundreds of individuals and teams as a team development consultant, executive coach, executive leader, and college professor. She specializes in helping organizations clarify their values and purpose and in developing people-centered data-informed strategies that translate values and purpose into everyday action and impact. Her keen listening skills help teams to draw out the strengths of each individual, to transform challenges and differences into potential, and to build core practices, processes, and structures that enhance collaboration and impact.
Her understanding of people and organizations has evolved over 25 years of research and engagement with corporate, non-profit, and educational organizations. In addition to coaching and facilitating strategy and team development, she also offers workshops that help individuals and teams develop skills in communication and inclusion. She earned her Ph.D. in Organizational and Cultural Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has earned accolades for her mentoring and teaching, and her work is published in several award-winning books.
